Booking entertainment may sound like fun. But, if you’ve ever tried to do it on your own, you quickly realize how many factors there are to consider.

Choosing the right entertainment may be the easiest part. There are many other complex issues, including the management of the contract, terms, and payment. You need to make sure you are protected, and all the details are covered.

We will manage every detail to ensure that your event reflects your vision and goals.

We’ve been booking entertainment for over 35 years. We’ve built working relationships with thousands of professional entertainment artists who understand what is required to facilitate a smooth event.

Being a boutique agency allows us to provide each client with personal service. We are available to answer your questions, evaluate options together and work together as a team.

Our agency regularly works with many entertainers, including solo musicians, bands of all sizes and musical genres, DJ’s and unique ambient (non-musical) artists.

As with every other vendor or resource you will use when planning your wedding, you are using an entertainment professional for a reason.

Because booking entertainment is all we do, Entertainment Consultants Florida has strong working relationships with a variety of artists and as a result we have buying power that translates to better pricing.

You might only work with an entertainment artist one time…we work with them all the time and will pass on that savings to you!

It’s simple! You contact us via phone or the contact us form on the website, and we will be in touch with you, most times within hours. We review the important details with you, then we begin our work to find just the right entertainment options & pricing. All consultations are free and with our pleasure!

We will then create an entertainment proposal with multiple options, including promotional material. We will include as much information as possible including the artists’ website, performance video, song list, etc., to help you make your decision.

Once you make your selection we will act as your agent and book them for you.

We use a State Licensed Talent Agency contract for your review and signature. A deposit is required at this time. The contract is sent to the artist for review, along with the deposit, for their signature and you are set.

The final balance to the artist is due two weeks prior to the event so that your day-of-event is free of any further obligation.

Please know that, unlike some agencies, our contract is transparent. You know exactly what the artist is being paid and our agency fee.

It is always advisable to book your entertainment as soon as event details are solidified. However, if a fast track is required, we will work quickly to meet your event requirements.

Many entertainers are booked months or even a year in advance, so It is never too early to start the process. The more time, the more options are available to you.

Entertainment pricing is based on many factors such as the size of the group, hours performing, day of the week, etc. We pride ourselves on being able to work within any given budget and we will be honest and fair with you about what your desired talent costs and if we can negotiate a price that fits your budget.

Once you decide on your entertainment and cost, you will learn that most include everything that is needed to perform for you. Our contracts always include “options for overtime” with a price quoted.

We recommend that you offer a dressing room plus meal/beverages for your entertainment. While this may not be included in the contract, we highly recommend it.

We are available for you from start to finish! Communication is important and we work hard to speak to you personally and email every bit of our process for clarity. Entertainment Consultants is available to you during the entire process, and most importantly, on the day of your event.

When an artist submits a song list, it is meant to be a good representation of the material that they perform, but not everything! Our groups are great at keeping up with the latest songs and we can always arrange to have a specific song performed with advance notice.

We do not list specific artists on our website because we have so many to recommend. However, because we are so connected in the entertainment industry, if you have a specific band that you want us to find, let us know.
